Dekati® PM10 Impactor for Combustion Measurements
The Dekati® PM10 Impactor is a cascade impactor that is used to measure PM10, PM2.5. and PM1 concentrations of airborne particles. One impactor measurement provides simultaneously PM10, 2.5 and 1 mass size fractions, and it has been widely used to measure particle emissions from different combustion sources.
The Dekati® PM10 can be heated up to 200 ºC; hot flue gas can directly be taken into the impactor for particle sample size classification. Dekati also provides heating jackets that can be wrapped around the impactor to heat it up to 200 ºC. Dekati® PM10 impactor fullfills all requirement of ISO Standard 23210 for measuring PM10 and PM2.5 from stationary sources. More information on this is available here.
