Dekati® service program is the basis of high quality and low down-time of Dekati instruments. The service program is divided into three levels of operation, daily, monthly and bi-annual. The daily and monthly service needs are carried out by the user, while the bi-annual service is carried out at the Dekati Ltd. calibration and testing facility.
The daily service of the instruments includes simple, easy and quick checks of the instruments to confirm the operation of the instrument. Required time: 1-10 minutes. Monthly service includes more thorough cleaning of the instrument and checks of specific components of the system. Required time: 20-40 minutes. Bi-annual service of the Dekati Ltd. instruments is a thorough calibration and maintenance of the instrument, which includes:
The customer receives a service report with the instrument, which includes detailed information on the performed service. Required time for the service is typically 2 weeks + shipping time.
