We are proud to announce that Dekati is now ISO 9001:2015 certified! The certification was performed by Bureau Veritas and covers all Dekati operations within the scope of “Design and development, manufacture, sale of and services related to fine particle measurement and aerosol sample conditioning instruments, sensors, accessories and their components”.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognized quality management standard, and it is based on several quality management principles including strong customer focus and continual improvement. Receiving the official certification demonstrates our ability and will to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
The journey towards the ISO9001 certification has been intensive but rewarding. Our entire organization has been involved in the development of our Quality Management System and in the detailed definition of all the operational processes that assure that our products and operations fulfill our customers’ requirements. The project was led by our Quality Manager, Mr. Ari Ukkonen, who has over 20 years of experience in working at Dekati Ltd.
As stated in our Quality Policy, we can now demonstrate our commitment to provide world-class fine particle measurement solutions to our customers, and further strengthen our customer focus:
